You can change the caller ID for both internal calls (extension to extension) and external calls. To do this, follow the guide below:
- Log in to MyIntegra
You will first need to log into MyIntegra using the credentials you received via email or have saved. Should you need to reset your password, please follow the forgot password link. You can find the login for MyIntegra by clicking HERE
- Navigate to an extension
Follow Hosted VoIP > (Choose the VoIP account if you have more than one) > Devices & Numbers > Extensions. From here you can choose the extension you wish to edit. You can also click HERE to go straight to the list of extensions.
To edit an extension, click the pencilicon on the right.
- Changing Caller ID
Click Caller ID and from here you can change the External Caller ID which allows you to change what your customers see while the Internal Caller ID allows you to change what other extensions see on your account. Once all changes have been made, press save and the changes will apply instantly.
